Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengukuran Psikoogi (JPPP) is an open access journal in psychology published by The Faculty of Psychology Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). JPPP is a bi-annual peer reviewed journal that publishes original and meaningful contributions to the field of psychology in Indonesia. The journal aims for experimental, theoretical, measurement development and theoretical review articles in all areas of psychology. In particular, we expected to received article with advances statistical analysis in measurement, psychometric, and modelling study in psychology.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of personality traits of musical performance anxiety among musicians. As well as to find out which personality trait has the most effect of musical performance anxiety. This is a quantitative study with psychological scale. Researcher adapt the scale of performance anxiety inventory for musicians (PerfAIM) revised edition from Barbeau (2017) and adopt the big five inventory (BFI) scale from Ramdhani (2012). The item reliability for MPA are (0,97), openness (0,97), conscientiousness (0,95), extraversion (0,93), agreeableness (0,85), and neuroticism (0,88). Respondents of this study are 87 musicians. Hypothesis tested using regression analysis. The results shown that neuroticism has the higher effect of MPA which is 31,9%. And the effect is positive.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of work-family conflict to the family functioning between working mother. The research using quantitative. The sample were 100 working mother (n = 100) by using the method purposive sampling . The data using a questionnaire with an instrument work- family conflict scales (40 item) and family assessment device (52 item). Statistical data is done by using Rasch Model in the form of software Winstep and SPSS 23.0. Results of research indicate that there is influence of work-family conflict to the family functioning between working mother. The value of Fhit> Ftabel (59,08> 3,94) and R square value equal to 0, 376.

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically whether there is influence between psychological climate to organizational commitment. The subject were 221 lecturer of State University of Jakarta (UNJ) selecting using incidental sampling technique. This type of research is a quantitative research, data collection techniques using research data obtained through survey instruments/questionnaire adaption from previous researchers. Instruments made have been tested for validity and reliability, and belonging to the reliable criteria. Research hypothesis testing was performed using linear regression analysis of the predictors, with the psychological climate as a predictor variable. The analysis shows a correlation coefficient of 0,000, less than the significance level (0.05). This value is interpreted that there are significant psychological climate to organizational commitment. The coefficient of determination shows rxy2 value of 0.301, meaning that there is a 30,1% variance tendency of psychological climate on. So this research indicates that the lecturer will indicate the optimal organizational commitment if it has high psychological climate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the relations between teacher efficacy with psychological well-being among junior high school teacher with survey method and adapted psychological scale to collect the data which is Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Scale from Carol D. Ryff (1989) with reliability is 0.95 and The Teacher’s Sense of Efficacy Scale (TSES) from Tschannen-Moran and Anita Woolfolk Hoy (2001) with reliability is 0.80. The psychological scale has been given to 88 samples of respondent which is junior high school teacher with cluster random sampling technique. Researcher also used analytical correlation and Winsteps 3.73 also SPSS 16.0 version as application for testing the hypothesis of this research. The result of correlations analysis shown that r value 0.213 and probability score (sig) is 0.047. Conclusion this research result there is significant relationship between teacher efficacy with psychological well-being among junior high school teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress on job satisfaction sales at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This research is a quantitative research. The sample of this study amounted to 120 sales Indihome. The study used a non-probability sampling method with a cluster sampling technique. The method of data analysis using linear regression analysis test, before the hypothesis test is tested assumption of normality and linearity. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between job stress on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Emotion regulation is an individual process based on an individual's knowledge of emotions and emotional management, and expressive behavior, in which the process can be executed consciously in order to achieve goals, especially for social purposes. The study aims to find out the difference of emotional regulation in teacher context in terms of marital status (single, married, and divorced). This research uses quantitative method, with 138 subjects. The instrument used is an adoption of Emotion Regulation Questionnaire/ERQ (Gross & John, 2003). ERQ measures two aspects that are specific strategies of emotional regulation, namely: reappraisal and suppression.Hypothesis testing uses one-way anova. The results showed that there are significant differences of reappraisal emotion regulation in single, married, and divorced teachers (p < α ; 0,034 < 0,05). Whereas suppression emotion regulation is no significant difference in single, married, and divorced teachers (p > α ; 0,171 > 0,05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect between Big Five Personality (openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism) to teacher efficacy in elementary school with curriculum 2013. The design of this this study is a quantitative method. The measuring instrument used Big Five Inventory and Teacher Sense of Efficacy Scale that has been adapted into the Indonesian language. The number of samples in this study are 91 elementary school teachers who teach using curriculum 2013 in Bekasi City. The results of the research based on linear regression analysis showed a significant effects between Big Five Personality type of openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, and neuroticism to the teacher efficacy in elementary school with curriculum 2013. The results show that extraversion has the higher effect on teacher efficacy which is 24.1% with a positive effect on teacher efficacy.
